Once you've made a request online, we will be in touch with a quote. Once you've accepted the quote and confirmed the order, we will send you an invoice. Payment must be received by the due date for orders to be commenced.
Once you've accepted the quote, we will send you an invoice for payment. This can be payable as a Direct Credit (bank transfer) or through an online payment (Debit or Credit card).
Your order can be collected from 65 Marne St, Hokowhitu, Palmerston North at the pre-arranged time. Please ensure you are on time.

We are a collection-only business for smaller sized orders. However, large-scale orders can be delivered or shipped at our discretion. If you are an individual or business outside of Palmerston North and would like to be considered for delivery or shipping, please make this known when filling out the online form so we can include this in your quote. Deliveries within central Palmerston North are $10. Delivery fees vary based on distance, time involved and order size. All orders are to be paid in full prior to delivery.
For drop-off and standard catering orders we can provide disposable plates, serviettes and utensils at an additional cost. For full-service catering all necessary serving utensils are included. Alternatively, we have a full Hire range should you want plates, cutlery or glassware.

Yes, we can customise your order to accommodate dietary restrictions including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and other preferences. Be sure to let us know when placing your order.
Yes, we are food safe certified and registered with PNCC. All food is prepared and packaged in our A-grade kitchen.
